While working with text files, repetitive copy-pasting usually seen as one of the most frustrating tasks. Though MS Word does offers a default clipboard option, it may not serve your need properly, as it requires you have to recopy the previous text before pasting it, as well as the copied text count is limited to 24 items only. However, now-a-days there are a large number of utilities available online that offer better functioning and capabilities than the default clipboard being offered with MS Word. One such competent tool that can abate the hassles involved in repetitive copying and pasting is CopyPocket 1.20. As its name suggests, the program is capable of storing the copied text separately in different pocket-sets to help you select desired text string.
With the CopyPocket 1.20 it becomes effortless for you to paste any earlier copied text without opening or swapping through different files/folders. When you run the application, it sets itself at the system tray that makes it easily accessible by one click on the icon. It would display the set with 10 pockets for storing the copied content, but the number is not limited to 10, as you can get the expanded view of pocket sets up to 100, using History feature. You can scroll through the entire pockets that contain the earlier copied items, which can be used anytime. For pasting the stored content you just have to click the pocket, as an immediate effect to which the content is placed in the files. Even, the pockets are named by the type of content stored with it, such as BMP, Text, File, etc. If you wish to copy new content, then Clear History option comes in use here, and further adding to the feature-set you’re even provided Options and Hide options. Well, using ‘Options’ you can select/add/delete the profile, and set the program to run on startup.
CopyPocket 1.20 helps in performing copy-paste task smoothly by pressing the related hotkeys and clicking on the desired pocket. The utility boasts of sophisticated feature-range and works great without causing hassles to the end-users, and hence it has deservingly been allotted with 3.5 rating points.
